Pass the real estate license state exam on the first try or get a full refund plus 10% of your entire package purchase price (less tax and shipping). If you are not successful the first time, simply return all course materials, along with your state failure notice within your initial enrollment term, and we will issue your 110% refund. Refund applies to money that is actually received by Allied from the student, not including outstanding loan balances. In order to access Allied courses your computer should be IBM-compatible and you must be able to connect to the Internet. You will need to install Adobe Reader and Flash 5 or above. Video cannot be displayed on Mac computers.

Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista Home), 10GB+ Available Hard Drive Space for Data Storage, sound card, 800 X 600 graphics with 16-bit colors, Windows compatible laser or inkjet printer, Windows XP Service Pack 2 minimum (10/100 Network Card and/or Modem required for online course correspondence).

Yes. If you need to stop your coursework before it’s completed, you can simply logout and log back in when you’re ready to continue. Anytime you are disconnected from the system it will remember where you left off and you can continue your work seamlessly.
Yes. If you don’t pass a final exam the first time, you can take it again at no additional charge.
