What if I have a question while taking a course?

No problem. If you ever get stumped on your coursework you can simply call Allied at (800) 617-3515 and a live knowledgeable staff member will be happy to help you with your question.

How does the 110% Money Back Promise work?

Pass the real estate license state exam on the first try or get a full refund plus 10% of your entire package purchase price (less tax and shipping). If you are not successful the first time, simply return all course materials, along with your state failure notice within your initial enrollment term, and we will issue your 110% refund. Refund applies to money that is actually received by Allied from the student, not including outstanding loan balances. Offer valid for only those who purchase any of the packages listed below in one enrollment. Offer is subject to change without notice and DOESN’T apply to Georgia or Florida Real Estate Packages.

Do I need special hardware or software to take my classes?

In order to access Allied courses your computer should be IBM-compatible and you must be able to connect to the Internet. You will need to install Adobe Reader and Flash 5 or above. Video cannot be displayed on Mac computers.

Minimum system requirements are:
1GHz+ processor, 256MB of RAM (512MB recommended, required for Windows XP Home Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista Home), 10GB+ Available Hard Drive Space for Data Storage, sound card, 800 X 600 graphics with 16-bit colors, Windows compatible laser or inkjet printer, Windows XP Service Pack 2 minimum (10/100 Network Card and/or Modem required for online course correspondence).

How do I get to my online courses?

Visit www.realestatelicense.com and follow these instructions:

  • Click on the Student Login at the top of the site. [looks like a graduation hat]
  • Choose the state and course you want to access. Click Next>>
  • Fill in your name and password. Click Log In>>
That’s it! Get started with your education.

If I logout of the system can I come back to my course later?

Yes. If you need to stop your coursework before it’s completed, you can simply logout and log back in when you’re ready to continue. Anytime you are disconnected from the system it will remember where you left off and you can continue your work seamlessly.

What happens if I don’t pass a courses final exam? Can I take it again without being charged again?

Yes. If you don’t pass a final exam the first time, you can take it again at no additional charge.
