Law of Contracts (30 Hours) - Syllabus
This course provides a basic knowledge of contract law and covers the importance of basic requirements in real estate contracts.
Texas Real Estate Finance (30 Hours) - Syllabus
The covers basic finance principles, including a focus on the impact of financial markets on real estate transactions and the growing role of technology in financing. You will also learn about the many options that are available to homebuyers.
Texas Promulgated Contract Forms (30 Hours) - Syllabus
This course is designed to help you better understand the workings of the current residential promulgated contract forms. Topics include the essential elements of a residential contract, requirements and usage of the promulgated contract forms, the Seller’s Disclosure of Property Condition, and an overview of all the promulgated forms and addenda.
