Texas Mortgage PackagePrice: $616.40
Maximize your career potential with dual backgrounds in Texas real estate sales and Texas mortgage loan origination.
Allied can help with one, convenient training package that simplifies the path to developing complementary real estate backgrounds
The Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (TX-SML) changed its Pre-licensure Education (PE) requirements. Beginning October 1, 2013, individuals seeking licensure with the TX-SML are required to complete an additional 3 hours of TX specific education; therefore, TX-SML requires 23 hours of PE education. In other words, individuals who did not apply for licensure by September 30, 2013, with the TX-SML, are now required to complete 23 hours of PE prior to applying for licensure with that state department. For more information, please contact Allied at (800) 617-3513.
