7-Hour National USPAP Update Course

Keep Your Appraisal License Current

As a Licensed or Certified Appraiser, you are required to complete the 7-Hour National USPAP course every two years. If you are a Licensed or Certified Appraiser and need to satisfy your two-year USPAP requirement, this is the course for you. This course only applies to individuals that currently hold an appraisal license. It provides the necessary training to keep your license up to date.

Please Note: Anyone enrolled in Allied’s 2010-2011 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course MUST complete the course no later than December 31, 2011 8:59 PM (PST). Allied's 2012-2013 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course is pending approval for some states. Please call for additional details.

The main purpose of this course is to help you stay current and understand changes made to the most recent edition of USPAP. You get the education you need!

Allied is one of the few schools approved by the AQB to offer a National USPAP course through distance education. You can satisfy your real estate appraisal requirements from the comfort of your home. The 7-hour course is only available as an online option.

Distinguish between valuation services, appraisal practice, and related performance standards.
Describe the steps in the appraisal process.
Describe the rationales for the changes to USPAP.
Recall the changes to the DEFINITIONS, RULES, and STANDARDS.
Describe the structures, roles, and responsibilities of appraisal-related entities.
Evaluate case examples and apply appropriate actions that are compliant with USPAP.
Demonstrate comprehension of key USPAP application references.

You can get ahead with the online course. Short reading assignments allow you to focus on main ideas. Chapter summaries highlight important points. The course includes 6 online quizzes and a final exam, which are graded instantly. Know your scores right away! Upon successful completion of the final exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion immediately via e-mail.
