How do I sign up for the state exam?
Once you complete the educational requirements through Allied, contact the Real Estate Board’s testing service, PSI, at (800) 733-9267 to schedule a time. The registration fee is $60.50, which is made payable to the Treasurer of Virginia. The exam is administered on a daily basis at various locations throughout Virginia, including Falls Church, Norfolk, Richmond, Roanoke, as well as Salisbury, Maryland.
