Attention Appraisal Students
The Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) has implemented changes to the appraiser licensing process. These changes will go into effect January 1, 2008. To avoid these new changes, all new and current Allied Appraisal students must complete their course requirements before the 2008 deadline.
These changes are national and will affect anyone wanting to get their appraisal license. If you do not complete your training by the date above, you will be required to meet the new guidelines.
