All California real estate appraisers are required to complete 56-hours of continuing education every four years to keep their appraisal license active and up-to-date. If you have an existing appraisal license and need to meet your 56-hour renewal requirement, this is the renewal package for you. You should complete the continuing education requirements and submit your application and fees prior to the expiration date listed on the license.
