Requirements for a Wyoming Real Estate Appraisal License
Get the information you need to get an appraisal license in California
Most states require 90 hours of appraisal training to prepare for your state license. You need to successfully complete an appraisal qualifying course and USPAP requirement. Please note that some states require more than 90 hours of training. To see if your state has this requirement contact Allied.

New Appraiser Requirements

- Complete the two Appraisal training requirements with Allied's courses.
- 75-hour Appraisal Qualifying Course
- 15-hour National USPAP Course
- Review for the state exam with Allied's exam preparation materials.
- Pass the state Appraisal License Examination.
You also need to fulfill the required hours of direct appraisal experience. This requirement varies from state to state. You will be required to complete these hours before or after you pass the state appraisal exam. Call for further details!
After completing the above steps, you will have earned your Appraisal License. If you would like to upgrade your license status, you will need further training and/or education. You must complete your Appraisal License first.
Nevada and New Hampshire require that you complete the 15-hour National USPAP Course in a live classroom setting. (Online or home-study USPAP courses are not approved in these states.) We can help you meet your 75-hour appraisal requirement and prepare for the state exam.
Existing Appraiser Requirements
