15-Hour National USPAP Course

Fulfill Your USPAP Requirement - Learn USPAP guidelines to get your new District of Columbia real estate appraisal license

We provide you with the necessary courses to get your Appraisal License. The 15-Hour USPAP course is a requirement for all new appraisal students. Whether you want this as part of a package or a standalone course, we can help you satisfy your educational needs.

We provide you with a background on the most current appraisal standards and practices.

You will learn about the background and structure of USPAP; definitions, preambles, and rules; standards surrounding real property appraisal, real and personal property appraisal review, real property appraisal consulting, mass appraisal, personal property appraisal, and business appraisal; and statements and advisory opinions.

Allied is one of the few schools approved by the AQB to offer a National USPAP course through distance education. You can satisfy your USPAP requirements from the comfort of your home. The 15-hour course is only available as an online option.

You can get ahead with the online course. Short reading assignments allow you to focus on main ideas. Chapter summaries highlight important points. The course includes nine online quizzes and a final exam, which are graded instantly. Know your scores right away! Upon successful completion of the final exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion immediately via e-mail.

Attention Appraisers!

If you are currently taking the 15-Hour USPAP course , or enroll today, the Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB) requires you to complete the course by 6/30/06. If you do not complete the course by this date you will be required by the AQB to take the entire 2006 15-Hour USPAP course. Please call Allied at 800-617-3513 for further details.
