According to Dr. Mark Dotzour, chief economist for the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M, "Texas has the best tax structure for business and will continue to outperform other states in attracting relocating companies and job growth." "The job markets in Texas are strong," said Lawrence Yun, chief economist for the National Association of Realtors.
